How are packages sent?

Our warehouse packages in China are sent by ePacket or EMS according to the weight and size of the product. Packages sent from our US warehouse. UU. They are sent through USPS.

Send to worldwide?

Yes. We offer free shipping to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there are some places to which we cannot send. If you find one of those countries, we will contact you.

What happens with customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree to have one or more packages sent to you and may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is sent that contains your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says "there is no information available at this time".

For some shipping companies, the tracking information is updated in the system in 2-5 business days. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, contact us.

Will my items be shipped in a package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. If you have paid for your order and need to cancel it or make any changes, you have 12 hours to contact us. Once the handling and shipping process has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our # 1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or resend for the requested products if:

  • If you not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days without including the processing of 2 to 5 days) you can request a refund or a resend.
  • If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or a resend.
  • If you do not want the product you have received, you can request a refund, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors under your control (i.e. provide the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Winner Clic (i.e. not approved by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Winner Clic

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method, within 14 days.

Changes

If for any reason you want to change your product, maybe for a different size on clothes. First you must contact us and we will guide you through the steps.
